This website provides general information about HospoTek, its hospitality operations software, services and resources. Product capabilities, availability, implementation scope, pricing and customer terms are confirmed in a written order form or customer agreement.
2. No application licence through this website
Viewing this website or requesting a demonstration does not create a licence to use the HospoTek application. Trial and paid access begin only when HospoTek confirms the arrangement and the applicable customer terms are accepted.
3. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and current. Features and pricing may change as HospoTek develops. We will not knowingly misrepresent product capabilities, but public material is not a substitute for the written scope agreed with a customer.
We may update, suspend or withdraw public website content for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
4. Developing ecosystem services
The HospoTek Community, Services Marketplace and HospoTek Talent are described as developing services. Submitting an expression of interest does not create a membership, public profile, provider listing, candidate application, employment relationship, labour-hire arrangement, service match, booking, payment obligation or transaction.
Any future authenticated community, marketplace or talent service will require appropriate product safeguards and separate terms, privacy information and commercial or legal review before launch. The website does not promise that a particular feature, commercial model or launch date will be adopted.
5. Not professional advice
Website resources are general operational guidance. They do not replace legal, workplace, safety, responsible-service, licensing, accounting, emergency or regulatory advice relevant to a particular venue.
6. Intellectual property
HospoTek branding, website content, product visuals, software descriptions and original resources are owned by Hospo Tek or used with permission. Product visuals marked as a demo environment contain fictional records.
You may view and print public resources for your own internal evaluation. You must not republish, sell, remove attribution from, systematically copy or use the website to build a competing dataset or service without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- interfere with, overload or attempt to bypass website security;
- attempt unauthorised access to the application, accounts or infrastructure;
- introduce malicious code or use automated collection in a way that disrupts the service;
- submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing content;
