Incident reportingAvailable now

Capture the facts clearly, then give authorised managers a path to follow up.

HospoTek brings structured reporting, private supporting evidence and manager follow-up into one venue-owned record after the immediate situation has been handled.

Current product boundary

Incident reporting is available now. Deal with safety, emergency response and required escalation first; HospoTek records the operational follow-up and does not replace those obligations.

What HospoTek supports

Keep the report useful after the moment has passed.

A consistent structure helps the reporter capture what happened while authorised managers retain the context needed for review.

01

Guide a consistent report

Record what happened, where and when, the people involved, witnesses, the immediate action taken and required incident checks.

02

Protect supporting evidence

Attach bounded evidence to private storage and provide time-limited access only through an authorised incident record.

03

Alert the configured venue contact

A completed report can queue an email to the recipient configured by the venue without making the employee wait for delivery.

04

Review and follow up

Authorised managers can update status, keep internal notes and record follow-up actions against the original report.

The operating flow

Clear from the first action to the venue record.

  1. 01

    Respond first

Follow venue safety, emergency and escalation procedures before completing the operational record.

  2. 02

    Record the facts

Use one structured form for observations, actions, witnesses and supporting material.

  3. 03

    Manage the follow-up

Authorised managers review the record, add internal context and carry the next action forward.

Built with clear boundaries

What this module does not claim.

Good operational software is specific about where the product ends and venue responsibility begins.

  • HospoTek does not replace emergency response, an onsite incident register, insurer requirements or statutory reporting.
  • Notification goes to the venue's configured recipient; the product does not assume that recipient is always the Venue Manager.
  • Private storage and role boundaries reduce exposure but should not be described as a compliance certification.
