We select providers for a defined purpose, limit the information shared to what the service needs, and review their security, privacy and contractual material.
Current principal providers
Supabase, Inc.
- Purpose
- Managed PostgreSQL database, authentication and private file storage
- Information
- Account, venue, operational, audit and private file data
- Processing location
- Primary HospoTek project region: Sydney, Australia. Provider support and subprocessors may operate globally.
Vercel Inc.
- Purpose
- Application and website hosting, server functions, delivery network and technical logs
- Information
- Requests, session traffic, application responses, diagnostics and marketing website content
- Processing location
- Global delivery network; server processing may occur in the United States and other configured/provider locations.
Resend, Inc.
- Purpose
- Transactional application email and website enquiry delivery
- Information
- Recipient details and the content required for the relevant notification or enquiry
- Processing location
- United States and locations used by Resend's published subprocessors.
GitHub, Inc.
- Purpose
- Private source-code hosting and automated software release checks
- Information
- HospoTek source code and synthetic test data. Production customer records are not intentionally stored in the repository.
- Processing location
- United States and locations in GitHub's published subprocessor list.
VentraIP Australia Pty Ltd
- Purpose
- Domain registration and DNS hosting
- Information
- Domain administration and limited request-routing metadata
- Processing location
- Australia
Provider changes
We may change providers as the service develops. We will update this page before or promptly after a material change and provide contractual notice where an applicable customer agreement requires it.
Questions or objections
Customers can ask about a provider or raise a reasonable data-protection concern by emailing privacy@hospotek.com.au. We will assess the concern in the context of the affected service and customer agreement.
