About HospoTek

Built from the floor, for the future of hospitality.

HospoTek is an Australian hospitality technology company. It began with the operational realities of running venues and is growing towards a connected home for hospitality knowledge, people and opportunity.

Why HospoTek exists

Important work was happening. The systems around it were not keeping up.

Hospitality teams manage hundreds of small commitments: prepare for service, complete a safety check, follow up an incident, brief the next shift and make sure the right person owns the right job.

Too often that work sits in conversations, paper, disconnected files and messages that lose their value as the shift changes. HospoTek gives everyday operations a clearer home.

HTFounded in hospitality
The founder story

The product began with handovers, missed tasks and changing priorities.

HospoTek was shaped around practical venue-management problems rather than a generic software category. That experience informs how the platform handles accountability, incidents, functions, training and the separation between group administration and venue work.

The result is a product philosophy grounded in clear ownership, useful records and practical support for the people responsible for the shift.

What guides the work

Practical, honest and built to grow deliberately.

Start with the shift

Design around the work happening on the floor, not an abstract office process.

Make status honest

Say clearly what is live, what is bounded and what is still being developed.

Support people

Help teams and managers do stronger work without treating hospitality staff as a problem to control.

Build connected foundations

Let operations, knowledge, community and opportunity grow as one coherent ecosystem.

The larger vision

Everything hospitality needs to run better.

The operations platform remains HospoTek's live product and immediate commercial focus. The resource library is growing now. Community, services and talent pathways are being developed with founding-member and expression-of-interest registrations.

The long-term aim is one coherent industry ecosystem—not a collection of unrelated products.
