A welcome from the founder

Built by a manager, for managers.

I built HospoTek from real experience managing hospitality venues, where the day can quickly become a mix of paper checklists, missed messages, scattered information and managers chasing updates.

HospoTek brings that important work into one clear place, helping teams complete daily tasks, follow procedures, report incidents, manage functions and keep managers across what is happening.

Unlike large, generic platforms, HospoTek comes with hands-on support from hospitality professionals. You will not be left speaking only with an AI assistant or emailing a massive corporation. This is a personal service from people who understand venue operations and want to help your team succeed.

Built for the reality of hospitality

Hospitality does not run from a desk.

It runs through changing shifts, casual teams, late closes, busy functions, venue handovers and managers moving between the floor and a dozen competing priorities.

HospoTek is designed for that pace: useful on a phone, clear in the moment and structured enough to support follow-up after the rush.

Opening checklists that work on a busy venue floor

The strongest opening checklist follows the way the venue actually opens, makes every item observable and gives exceptions somewhere useful to go.

Straight answers

What is live, and what comes next.

What can I use today?

HospoTek's operations software is available now with guided onboarding. It includes tasks, digital checklists, incident reporting, function enquiries, training, SOPs, team management and practical operating views.

What is still being developed?

The professional community and services marketplace are still in development. HospoTek Exchange is running as a controlled Greater Hobart private beta; open-market emergency staffing, labour hire, payroll and marketplace payments remain unavailable.

Does HospoTek replace POS, payroll or rostering?

No. HospoTek is the operational layer above the systems a venue already uses. Current roster support is a reviewed CSV import workflow, not a live provider integration.

How does the trial work?

The 14-day trial is available by request and set up with guided onboarding. It is not an instant self-service account.
